- After you have filled out and submitted the form, our team will contact you within 24 hours regarding the possibilities of providing a replacement car and further actions.
- Please fill out the form as accurately and completely as possible - this will help us assess your situation faster and ensure a smooth process of providing a replacement car.
- Please note that the following conditions apply to replacement cars:
- 250 km daily mileage limit.
- 200 EUR deductible in case of damage for standard-class cars.
- 500 EUR deductible in case of damage for premium class cars.
- A deposit of the amount of the deductible will be frozen on your bank account during the transfer of the car.
