Challenge
As the transport fleet of VĮ Regitra grew, the price of vehicles and maintenance costs increased significantly. Hertz was actively looking for a solution to reduce the total cost of ownership. The main challenge we had to face was a new methodology for calculating the economic utility of the Register of Enterprises.
Solution
In collaboration with VĮ Regitra, Hertz provided insights into the acquisition of future vehicles and actively sought strategies to increase the overall efficiency of the vehicle fleet. Hertz Lithuania delivered 37 Peugeot 308 cars to the VĮ Regitra car fleet, which are characterized by the best price-quality ratio.
Results
Taking into account the needs of the Register of Enterprises, Hertz optimized vehicle maintenance activities. The organization is assured of the safety and efficiency of the vehicle fleet, as maintenance work is controlled and carried out by Hertz qualified technicians. In addition, fixed monthly payments allow you to effectively plan the annual budget of the organization and forecast future cash flows.
