Euro Asista, UAB was looking for alternatives to optimize the management model of the existing car fleet. The company followed a normal vehicle acquisition policy, but incurred high maintenance and repair costs as the fleet aged. Implementing a strategic plan to reduce the number of unsafe vehicles, downtime and fleet maintenance costs was essential to the success and reputation of the business.
Solution
The company began working with Hertz and used recommendations to reduce acquisition costs and upgrade existing vehicles based on mileage and residual value. Based on long-term cooperation with partners and vehicle management experience, a plan for the renewal of the existing fleet was created.

Using a financial analysis comparing all manufacturers' brands and models and aiming to keep the lowest prices, Hertz helped Euro Asista UAB to reduce the acquisition costs by 3,500 euros per vehicle. Hertz rental service has financially reduced payments by 25 percent. after changing the vehicles at the right time.
